GALACTIC GIRLS PROGRAM
The Full Story
Most families in Uganda struggle to survive and live on 1-2 meals per day. Due to a lack of funds, when girls reach puberty, they often miss weeks of school, are forced to marry young, or are pressured into providing sexual favors to someone in return for feminine products.
We have a group of 85 teenage girls in total from the rural villages we are working with right now. We provide them with sanitary wear and other feminine products on a monthly basis. The monthly program sessions on the day of the meeting include praising and worshipping the Lord through songs, the teaching of God's Word, Q&A, counseling session, and prayer time.
As a ministry, we seek to empower these girls to continue going to school and to go about their lives as normal.

WEEKLY RADIO PROGRAM
An Opportunity to Change a Nation
In an endeavor to bring Biblical truth to the wider community, Galactic Foundation Ministries has a weekly radio program where our founder, Jacob Kasule teaches through books of the Bible, tackle pressing issues in the community from a Biblical perspective, interact with and answer questions from our listeners as they call both on and off air. God has been faithful in using our program and people are being set free from the bondage of sin and the trap of prosperity gospel preachers, who are increasingly becoming a threat to the true Gospel of Christ Jesus our Lord.
We are receiving testimonies of how the truth is setting people free on a weekly basis. The kind of questions people are asking when they call suggest not only that they are learning, but also proves how lost people are, including those who already say they profess to the Lordship of Christ.
We also use the radio program for community sensitization. We create awareness to the danger of early child marriage, the threats and evil of domestic violence and gender-based violence, and many other issues affecting the community.

THE TEN TREE PROJECT
Saving the Environment and Providing Food
Professor E. O. Wilson in How Our Health Depends on Biodiversity said, "Healthy ecosystems clean our water, purify our air, maintain our soil, regulate the climate, recycle nutrients and provide us with food."
Uganda has seen a sharp increase in deforestation either due to constant ongoing construction or charcoal burning. This is greatly affecting the ecosystem. As a ministry, we have seen this challenge and have decided to be doing something to reverse it.
In April of 2021, We began a Go-Green campaign in partnership with the NBS Group of companies and its partners in a move to save the environment. As a Ministry, we are giving ten (10) families ten (10 trees every month and that is 100 trees every month. Each fruit tree cost about $1 so each family gets trees worth $10. Thus the name, "The Ten Tree Project," because we give ten trees to ten families every month.
We give fruit trees (Mangoes, Jackfruits, Papaya, Oranges, Avocadoes, etc). Our goal is not just in restoring nature's green, but also in providing these families with shades and fruits they won't ever have to buy once they begin bearing fruits. They will be able to sell some of these fruits during their harvest and thus have little income for basic needs.
Each ten-fruit trees cost $10. Prayerfully consider sponsoring a family with 10 trees.

DISCIPLESHIP
Presenting Everyone Mature in Christ
We have a monthly discipleship program at all three of our church plants. Using the Biblical Foundation course manual we are training both the leaders of these churches and the new members.
God has continued to reward our effort by bringing lost souls to Himself. One of our biggest needs in connection to the discipleship program is a need for Bibles. The majority of people in the rural villages do not own Bibles and as we teach them the Word of God, we want them to be able to read it for themselves. That is why we have a "Gift a Bible" Program.
To give towards the "Gift a Bible" program please specify by including the keyword "Gift a Bible" in your PayPal wire.
See the link below.
Please consider blessing someone with a gift of a Bible. Averagely, Bible in the local languages costs around $20.
